Scoil Aireagail’s Students’ Council held a Breakfast Morning in aid of Childline on the 15th and 16th of October. Last year Childline received over 650,000 calls from children, often for critical advice and support. Thousands of these calls relate to abuse suicide and bullying. It was exhausting to organise but very rewarding as Childline is such a worthy cause. Many thanks to local shops, businesses, parents, students and staff for their generous donations and assistance in running a successful event. Particular thanks to Ms. Mills and the Students’ Council for organising this fundraiser.
The total raised was €552 and a great time was had by all.
