Hard luck to our Junior Ladies football panel and manager Ms. Cunningham who lost to Tullow Community School, Carlow in Ballyhale last Thursday. The girls were a goal down at halftime and couldn’t overturn the deficit in the second half. Julieann Malone was outstanding on the day, ably assisted by Kayleigh O’Brien and Grace FitzPatrick, both of whom “were superb in their scoring,” according to Ms. Cunningham.
