On 3rd October 2013 the senior Art students went to visit three exhibitions in Kilkenny. They first visited Art makes Children Powerful by Rob & Roberta Smith in the Butler Gallery, Kilkenny Castle. This was followed by Costume Behind the Scenes & Future Fashions both at the National Craft Gallery . The students found the exhibitions enjoyable and stimulating. Both exhibitions created great discussions around modern day Art and Craft work. They are pictured above with their art teacher Ms. Roche.
