Gym Training

          Transition Year students got a chance to flex their muscles at the James Fennelly Gym & Fitness studios Kilkenny recently. This was a four-week induction programme on ‘Gym and Health & Fitness’. Students certainly enjoyed the experience, where general healthy living and exercise were encouraged. Well done all.
