A massive well done to two of our TY students, Katie and Ciara, who recently completed the e-learning food hygiene course, Safefood for Life. The girls learned about topics such as the handling and preparing food, allergens and food hypersensitivity. Well done to the two girls on achieving their awards from Safefood. Thanks to Ms. Naddy their Home Economics teacher for organising.
