Amber Flag Healthy Eating Day a big success

On Friday last, we held our Healthy Eating Day as part of our Amber Flag events. Food can have a big impact on your mood and making healthier food choices will improve both your physical and mental health. Our students got to try various healthy foods such as soup, brown bread, seeded bread, smoothies, protein balls, flapjacks, yoghurts, relish and cheese. Well done to all students, especially those who tried new foods.
