On Friday 29th September a group of leaving cert students met with Jacinta Purcell from Ossory Youth to participate in the Cairdeas Mentoring Program. She showed the students how important their program is to help integrate first years into their new school environment. They discussed what being a good leader is as well as playing games to encourage the first years to mix together. It was a fun and productive afternoon.
