On Thursday 3rd September a group of leaving cert students met with Jacinta and Rachel from Ossory Youth to take part in the Cairdeas Mentoring training program. The leaders showed the students how important their program is to help integrate first years into their new school environment. The mentors will work in groups with the 1st year students to help them settle and adjust to their new school environment. The training went great and the leaders complimented the great attitude and maturity of all our students who were involved.
