Our Senior Art students took a trip into Kilkenny to visit Butler Gallery, a vibrant contemporary art gallery, in the historic Evans home. Students got to enjoy artwork by Irish artists including works by Tony O’Malley (1913-2003) who an Irish artist born in Callan, County Kilkenny. They also saw the photography exhibition entitled The Bloods by Amelia Stein. This was a most enjoyable and worthwhile trip for our Art students. Big thanks to Ms. Dalton who organised the trip for students.
