Scoil Aireagail V Duiske/Colaiste Pobail Osraí .
On December 2nd last ,on a very cold and frosty day ,Scoil Aireagails’ Senior Camogie team took on the combined Duiske /Colaiste Pobail Osraí Team in Larchfield pitch Kilkenny. The Scoil Aireagail girls worked extremely hard from the start and an excellent delivery from Cara Coogan saw Amy O Mahony open the scoring for her side with a rocket of a ball to the net. The tone was now set and Scoil Aireagails’ girls continued to dominate all sectors with some fine displays from Ruth Cass and Abbie O Keeffe in the forwards. Huge credit must go to the center back line of Emma Walsh, Amy Prendergast and Caoimhe Corcoran who continued to work tirelessly all day. Tara Duggan was excellent in goal, pulling off an incredible save in the second half. She was given great assistance from her full back Sienna Drennan who was determined to stop every attack.
