This week our Transition Year students participated in the ‘Exploring Opportunities Game’ as part of the @youngsvpofficial programme where they explore the effect that different situations thrust on a family can have and looking at the support charities that St Vincent de Paul can offer.  

This week in history class first years were busy learning about the work of an archaeologist. The students had great fun excavating cookies while searching for artefacts.

Last Thursday 14th of September, 5th and 6th class students and their parents were invited to Scoil Aireagail’s open night to explore the school and see all that it has to offer. The night was a great success, with students and staff alike putting in a great amount of effort to showcase the school.

Our TYs enjoyed their induction trip to Ballyhass Adventure Centre in Mallow this week. Students and teachers took part in a variety of team building and individual activities including Zip lining, crate stacking/climbing, archery and aqua park obstacle course.
