TY students complete a week long workshop with Young Irish Film Makers
Last week TY students completed a week long workshop with Young Irish Film Makers, in association with the one million start project in which students learned how to create a short film to the theme of healthy relationships. Third Year scientist demonstration
Some budding scientists demonstrating some interesting experiments with household products at our recent Open Night. They showed how soap cleans hands using glitter. They explained how sound is made from vibrations using elastic bands and also blew up balloons using and acid and a base.

Scoil Aireagail/ Grennan College junior hurlers through to Leinster Final
Well done to the Scoil Aireagail/ Grennan College junior hurlers who beat Presentation DLS Bagenalstown in the Leinster semi final on a scoreline of 1-23 to 1-8. The final will be played after midterm against Scoil Mhuire Clane.
