To mark international Women’s day our TY students traveled to Market Cross in Kilkenny to add their 8 point weaved stars to the love installation and present a cheque to Amber House women’s refuge for €132 that they raised through an non uniform day to raise awareness of gender based violence and abuse in unhealthy relationships. This marked the end of their star weaving project.
