Scoil Aireagail’s Junior Girls basketball team played Grennan College on May 3rd in Thomastown. All of the girls played a great game but were unfortunately defeated with a score of 8-20 to Grennan College. Thérése O’Connor scored the first two pointer followed by another three two-pointers by Katie Doyle.

Thanks to M.s Leahy, and 5th year students Jessica Catt and Olivia O’Keeffe for managing the girls on the day also to Mr. McGrath for training the girls and organising the game.
