TY’s get Fit and Active

Christmas Jumper Fundraising Event

Our Student Council Committee organised a Christmas Jumper day on Tuesday 17th December. They raised €160 which will be spent on sports equipment for the school. The winners of the best jumper on the day was Shauna Sutton and George Culleton.Thanks to Ms. Phelan for organising the fundraiser with the Student Council.

Ice Skating Trip

Many of our class groups went into Kilkenny this week to go ice skating and bowling. These outings play a very important role in promoting well being among our students. The trips as always provided a nice build up to the festive holiday. Well done to all involved in organising and facilitating the trips.
