Our TY students took a first aid course on Tuesday 26th February. This first aid course is a valuable day where students not only acquire new skills, but also become confident in an emergency, learn teamwork, all of which could potentially help them to save a life.

Congratulations to the girls U14 badminton team who played really well yesterday in the Kilkenny U-14 Championships in the Watershed, Kilkenny. The girls played their hearts out to finish runners-up. Sc. Aireagail Ballyhale v St. Fergal’s Rathdowney Best of luck to our senior hurling team who will take on St. Fergal’s Rathdowney in the Leinster Vocational Schools Senior “A” Final. The teams will go head to head this Saturday in Dr Cullen Park, Carlow at 2.00 p.m in what should be a thrilling final.
